Ben Tee (904m) is a prominent Corbett, visible from many points along the Great Glen and Glen Garry, and makes a fine, wide ranging viewpoint. It is well worth climbing for its excellent views, including a full-length outlook down Loch Ness.
It is rated as one of the best of Scotland’s smaller mountains with Hamish Brown saying: "Ben Tee is such a shapely cone that it is instantly recognisable from anywhere around the Great Glen or along the Garry. Its isolated situation makes it one of Scotland’s finest summit viewpoints".
There are two main routes of ascent…our favourite is from the Forestry Commision’s Allt na Cailliche car park (or the hostel front door), up past the waterfalls on the waymarked forestry roads before striking up towards the hills east ridge across pathless morrland.
Another popluar (and shorter) route is by heading up from Kilfinnan, the route description can be found here at WalkHighlands.com
