Cost per Night

All prices include use of bed linen and showers. Towel hire £1.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit (usually around 20% with a minimum of £10) is payable at the time of booking by credit or debit card or by cheque (to be received within 7 days of the booking being made). The balance is payable on arrival.  For exclusive group hire the balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival.

Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable.  For cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival time, a charge equivalent to the balance of your first night's stay will be charged to your card.  If you fail to arrive and no cancellation has been made, a charge equivalent to the balance of your first two nights' stay will be charged to your card, or the full balance for single-night stays.  For cancellations with more than 24 hours notice only the deposit is forfeited.

Balances

Balances paid on arrival using a credit card or non-UK issued debit card will be subject to a surcharge of approximately 3%. Balances paid on arrival using a debit card will be subject to a surcharge of 50p.
